1. Returns
We accept returns only in cases where the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and details of the issue.
2. Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Perfumes and cosmetics can only be returned if the seal is intact.

Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
