Shipping & COD Policy

1. COD Availability

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers within Pakistan.

  • COD is available for selected cities and regions. Delivery outside COD areas will require prepaid payment.

2. Order Processing for COD

  • COD orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are shipped only after our team confirms availability and delivery eligibility for COD.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times for COD orders: 2–5 business days (within Pakistan).

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or holidays.

4. COD Payment

  • Payment is collected in cash only at the time of delivery.

  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready, as couriers may not provide change.

5. Failed Deliveries

  • If a COD order is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the order may be canceled, and a return fee may apply.

  • Customers will be informed of any delivery issues and may be asked to prepay for re-shipment.

6. Order Tracking

  • COD orders will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once shipped.

  • You can track your order on the courier’s official website or contact us for updates.
